Role & Responsibilities: 1. Contract review, drafting and archiving. 2. Provide legal advice. 3. Handle local disputes and litigation. 4. Provide in-house legal training. 5. Draft in-house bylaws, advise on insurance claims 6. Work with the international team in setting appropriate Group compliance and risk management policies, and supervise execution of the same. 7. Base in Shanghai but must be able to travel to other parts of China and Asia. Qualifications: 1. Reputable law school graduate. 2. China bar qualification is required. 3. Good command of English and Mandarin. 4. At least 5 year work experience in relevant industry or law firm in China. 5. Familiarity with Asia, US or Europe regulations is preferred. 6. With relevant industry knowledge is preferred.
