Responsibility<br/><br/>1 Timely processing of customer complaints according customer requirements (customer portals, 8D report, problem solving documentation, etc.)<br/><br/><br/><br/>2 Creating risk analyses (FMEA) and initiate corrective measures with those responsible including<br/><br/><br/><br/>effectiveness check<br/><br/><br/><br/>3 Identification of quality and service problems and support to initiate corrective measures with those<br/><br/><br/><br/>responsible including effectiveness check<br/><br/><br/><br/>4 Maintenance/updating of the quality assurance plan for series production in alignment with manufacturing engineer / mechanical engineer (Control Plan, FMEA, Parts History List, etc.)<br/><br/><br/><br/>5 Transferring the content of Control Plan into plant specific tools, assuring sufficient information of those responsible, checking correct application and reviewing/updating the Control Plan based on customer’s feedback, internal performance and risk assessment (e. g. P-FMEA)<br/><br/><br/><br/>6 Carrying out assigned tasks according the product development process (PEP)<br/><br/><br/><br/>7 Evaluation of internal and external change requests concerning quality aspects. Coordination of validation and release of initial-samples according customer requirements in series production<br/><br/><br/><br/>8 Monitoring customer specific supplier evaluation (e.g. customer portals) and ensure data conformity with HELLA's data systems. Informing of those responsible in the case of critical situations and initiate<br/><br/><br/><br/>measures<br/><br/><br/><br/>9 Statistical evaluation of quality key performance indicators to identify possibilities of product optimization. Informing of those responsible and initiate measures<br/><br/><br/><br/>10 Arrangement, coordination, monitoring of internal and external sorting and reworking activities in<br/><br/><br/><br/>agreement with those responsibilities<br/><br/><br/><br/>11 Involvement in external or carrying out internal audits<br/><br/><br/><br/>Requirements<br/>University Degree<br/><br/><br/><br/>Job related experience more than 2 up to 3 years<br/><br/>
