【岗位职责】 To support the company business agenda and talent strategy through building, deployment and maintenance of an effective total rewards strategy, process, tools, and system. 1、In line with the company's talent strategy and global/regional C&B guideline, design, develop and optimize company's compensation & benefits policies and programs to support talent needs and business agenda, in a way that globally consistent & locally relevant. 2、Manage the overall job leveling system; analyze compensation & benefit survey data to propose action plans to improve company's remuneration market competitiveness. 3、HR local C&B policy review like, OT policy, etc.to make sure compliance with local regulatory. 4、Responsible for China’s assignment/secondment policies & case review. 5、Handle the China board related review for C&B policy and payment, to make sure we meet the compensation committee (China board)'s requirements. 6、In partnership with HRBP, manage Annual Compensation Planning, short- and long-term incentive plans, promotion, and off-cycle salary adjustment to ensure Pay-for-Performance and MetLife Compensation Philosophy are demonstrated. 7、Serve as thought leader for compensation and benefits by working with other center of excellence to effectively operate together as a team and provide consultancy services/advice to HRBP and line managers. 8、Understand the regulatory environment and remain informed of relevant taxation, retirement/social security/provident fund contribution and other issues as they impact on compensation and benefit policies and strategies, propose appropriate actions. Ensure MetLife China meets all evolving standards of governance. 9、To comply with the applicable AML laws & regulations and the company policy, take the responsibilities accordingly. 10、Responsible for staff cost budgeting, expense control & payroll practices. 11、Other tasks assigned by line manager. 【任职资格】 1、Bachelor’s degree and above. 2、15+years relevant working experience with s
